My wonderful holiday continued...

On the third day we went coat shopping which was probably the most boring of all the days.We went at about half nine in the morning. We got to the bus station just in time for the bus to arrive. When we got to the right bus stop we had to wait there for ages because it was poring with rain,we did find some amusement though because there was a massive puddle on the other side of the road and it was quite fun watching cars and things going through it.Finally the rain stopped  a little so we walked over to Tesco but didn't find anything there so we carried on looking until we got to H&M which is were we got our coats from(we both got the same one but they are different colours). We then went back to the bus stop and caught the bus. When we arrived home we were a soggy bunch! After tea (which was our homemade pizza) We did a silly dance for grandad to show him our coats.
On day 4 we went swimming but before we did,we made some jelly for a trifle. After that we made some bread mixture and put it in the bread maker.Me and Izzy then went of to do our scrapbooks which we were doing about our holiday. While we were in the middle of doing that David and Ben came.(They are our uncle and cousin)We went on the Wii with Ben while Nanna talked with David. After we had played 3 games Ben and David went home so we had our lunch which was pitta bread and leftover pizza. We  then headed of for the pool.Izzy said the water was freezing although it was only really just a bit chilly. She learned how to float on your back and go under water!Near the end Izzy was swinging me round and she accidently threw me in.She kept saying sorry but i was telling her that it was really fun!!!We then went to have a shower.Izzy took ages so me and Nanna were standing there for ages!!!We soon went home to have lasagne and homemade trifle for tea!
On our last day(sob sob) we went for a beach walk and did a bit of shopping.First we went to Gunwharf shopping centre.Izzy got hat, gloves and a scarf and I got some multi coloured beads(both from Claire's).Then we headed of for old Portsmouth which is beautiful. We were actually following a pattern on the ground called the Millennium Walk.We soon got to a tall bridge so we went up and soon discovered that it was the castle that we had seen from the Ferry on the way to Seaview Wildlife Encounter. We wandered down there until we got to the beach.(It took ages). We sat down to have a cereal bar but soon decided we didn't want to stay!We caught the bus home to enjoy our last tea together(you now what I mean). After tea we played a really long game of ludo which I won!In the morning we packed our last few bits and set of for home and we both agreed it was one of the best half terms ever!      Bye Abbie xxxx
(sorry it took so long :/)
